If you happen to be in Calgary between March 8 and April 30 please check out this exhibition at the U of C. I was honored to have a monotype (below) travel to and be shown in Japan. It is now on its return tour and the show promisses to be a excellent display of contemporary printmaking.

I had seen these video clips awhile ago and finally found them again on Hi-Fructose. Chris Berens has a really interesting technique. Check out his work here.

I recently purchased David Blackwood’s book: Master Printmaker. It is a beautiful book and has some really incredible imagery. I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Blackwood while studying at ACAD’s Printmaking Department and discovered that he truely is a master.

I have considered coming up with my own design for Threadless.com, but knowing that this design was not voted in makes me a little hesitant. Check out Maija’s website and be sure to vote for her other designs on Threadless.
