Monday, January 30, 2012 at 9:17PM Abstract expressionist painter Helen Frankenthaler passed away in December. Though I have never counted myself a huge fan of abstract work I have to recognize the influence that she has had on me. Her use of color was simply expert. Plus she looked like a classy lady.
