For some reason I have always worked better when there is someone working next to me as well. Having been self employed for the last six years I have battled my motivation demons constantly.

Recently I found a nice resource that helps me out in that department. Awesome Horse Studios is a group of artists and illustrators who get together to critique and give demos - {Mostly digitally created fantasy genre stuff}.
